KRISTIN

Kristin has been a full-time Coachella Valley resident for 17 years, and has been visiting the Coachella Valley her entire life, as she is  the third generation of her family to own a home in this beautiful area. The trusting relationships that she has created during this time is what has allowed her business to grow and thrive into what it has become. With a Bachelor and Master’s degree, and her passion for serving others, Kristin promises a level of professionalism and care unlike any other. 

Kristin and her small team of professionals provide top notch service to all customers and are proud to service the most elite communities in the desert, and the most VIP clients. LAUREN

Lauren has made the desert her permanent residence for three years and previously lived in Huntington Beach. In her spare time she loves to horseback ride, play Pickleball, and travel. Before joining Desert Dwelling she worked as a dental assistant. She brings a keen eye, attention to detail and impeccable service to the many clients she serves.

JEANNIE

Jeannie has enjoyed living in the beautiful Coachella Valley full-time for four years. Her experience from owning over 50 rental and commercial properties for over 40 years has given her hands-on training in spotting problems early. She strives to always achieve good relations and solutions with both owners and tenants. She has a graduate degree in the healthcare field.

INNA

Inna lives in Rancho Mirage, she moved to the desert a few years ago and fell in love with the landscape and culture here. Inna is resourceful, intelligent, a go-getter, and has a sharp eye for design and aesthetics. She especially enjoys mid century modern design and the larger California vibe, which is one of the reasons why she loves the desert. She lives here with her husband, son, and three Poodles, and brings her vibrant energy to the Sunny state.

MARI

Mari oversees Ironwood Country Club and has also resided inside the gates for the past 11 years. Previously she lived in San Francisco. She is a licensed Real Estate Agent who spends her off time traveling and volunteering for the Coachella Valley Horse Rescue.

KELLEY

Kelley has lived in the Coachella Valley for more than 30 years. As a freelance writer, she has written extensively about life and culture in the greater Palm Springs area. Kelley has also worked as a legal secretary and in education. She enjoys food and travel, NBA basketball, watching documentaries, and spending time with family and her cats, Coconut and Amigo.

  • Kristin has been our concierge for three years now. She never lets us down. She is so trustworthy that I told her where I needed a door placed in my house. She hired the contractor, oversaw the work and it was-as we expected - perfect. I was on the East Coast while this was happening. We have had a few issues with our -new to us - home that needed to be taken care of while we were back East. Kristin addressed them all and even got quotes when she thought prices were too high. Everything will be complete by the time I get there in April and I don't have to worry about a thing. She is the reason I never worry when we're back East. She remembers when we need routine maitenence and she stocks our fridge before we get there and when we are flying in late. Frankly she can do anything. I mentioned in our first meeting that I was interested in painting the inside of my new home, and she had a painter there within two hours to evaluate the job, and I was emailed an estimate that same afternoon. She then oversaw the project and communicated daily with photos and texts. The project was finished very quickly and when I returned, my place was painted, sparkling clean, and nothing was out of place.   • Kristen is a godsend! I have been using her to manage and maintain my Palm Springs condominium for 3 years as my husband and I live 500 miles away in San Francisco. I have nothing but compliments for her. When the water line to the ice maker in the freezer broke and flooded the first floor on a holiday weekend, Kristin was there instantly. She rapidly arranged for the water abatement with the most helpful crew to quickly contain the damage. She was also there to oversee the repairs and secure the best help.
