Honest, Trustworthy and Reliable Concierge
Kristin has been our concierge for three years now. She never lets us down. She is so trustworthy that I told her where I needed a door placed in my house. She hired the contractor, oversaw the work and it was-as we expected - perfect. I was on the East Coast while this was happening. We have had a few issues with our -new to us - home that needed to be taken care of while we were back East. Kristin addressed them all and even got quotes when she thought prices were too high. Everything will be complete by the time I get there in April and I don't have to worry about a thing. She is the reason I never worry when we're back East. She remembers when we need routine maitenence and she stocks our fridge before we get there and when we are flying in late. Frankly she can do anything. I most highly recommend this wonderful person and her business. She is every bit as nice and kind as she is effcient and trustworthy.

I cannot say enough about Kristin and her staff. She provides a level of service that is exactly as described - a luxury concierge out in the desert. I mentioned in our first meeting that I was interested in painting the inside of my new home, and she had a painter there within two hours to evaluate the job, and I was emailed an estimate that same afternoon. She then oversaw the project and communicated daily with photos and texts. The project was finished very quickly and when I returned, my place was painted, sparkling clean, and nothing was out of place. Kristin and her team bring peace of mind that your home away from home is in excellent hands and will be ready for your next visit every time.

Kristen is a godsend! I have been using her to manage and maintain my Palm Springs condominium for 3 years as my husband and I live 500 miles away in San Francisco.
